General Delivery Guidelines

  • No Same-Day Delivery Available.

  • No Deliveries or Shipments on Sundays unless the order is placed at least 2 days in advance.

  • Rose Arrangements require a 2-day lead time and are not eligible for same-day or next-day delivery.

Next-Day Delivery Eligibility

  • Next-day delivery is available for most major cities if the order is placed before 14:00 (Japan time).

  • Exclusions: Next-day delivery is not available for the following areas due to logistical limitations:

    • Fukuoka

    • Hokkaido

    • Saga

    • Nagasaki

    • Kumamoto

    • Oita

    • Miyazaki

    • Kagoshima

    • Okinawa

    • Remote islands and certain rural locations

We do not deliver to APO/FPO or military base addresses in Japan.
We deliver flowers exclusively within Japan and do not offer international shipping.

If the Recipient is Unavailable

  • If no one is home, our delivery partner will leave a non-delivery slip with instructions for redelivery.

  • We may also contact the recipient directly to confirm or arrange redelivery.

  • If the recipient does not respond within 2 days, the order will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

  • Your flowers are carefully cut fresh, packed securely, and delivered using Yamato Transport Co., Ltd., Japan’s leading courier service.

  • We ensure your arrangement arrives fresh and beautiful, just as you intended.

Time-Specific Deliveries

  • You may request a preferred time window for delivery.

  • While we cannot guarantee exact times, we will do our best to accommodate your request and may contact the recipient to ensure availability.

Want to confirm delivery? Simply reach out to us, and we’ll provide a quick update on your order’s delivery status.

What Happens If No One is Home

  • If the recipient is unavailable, a notice will be left requesting them to schedule a redelivery.

  • If the recipient fails to contact us within 2 days, we will mark the order as fulfilled and closed—with no refunds provided.

  • Each delivery includes a local toll-free number for the recipient to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Cancellations & Returns

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before the scheduled delivery date (Japan time).

  • Due to the nature of fresh items, late cancellations cannot be accepted.

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost.

  • If a delivery is refused by the recipient, the sender is responsible for the full cost.

  • We promise to address all concerns sincerely and professionally.
